Hello, welcome to the next chapter of a very bright and balanced future ahead of
you.
- Kenny Bhullar
ABOUT
My name is Kenny Bhullar and I am a first-generation Canadian, born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta.
My family comes from Punjab, India. I always like to say competition and martial arts is something that has been passed down to me and my brother from my grandparents generation - to this day I still actively compete in Jiu Jitsu across North America, which allows me to fuel my love for traveling and competing against the highest level Jiu Jitsu athletes. When I am not gearing up for the next competition, I enjoy connecting and collaborating with entrepreneurs, creators, athletes and story tellers who have turned their passion to a profitable career path on my podcast - The 2nd Floor.
So looking back... I have been raised by a family of boxers and judo competitors, which led to naturally falling in love with the world of training and coaching martial arts.
I have a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, Purple Belt in Jiu Jitsu, experience fighting MMA and MuayThai, and over 10 years of instructing various martial art programs.
CAREER
I suffered a very unfortunate career-altering injury in an MMA fight and since then, I shifted my focus and energy from fighting to ultimately empowering entrepreneurs and driven hustlers to tap into that hunger that would allow them to optimize their mental, physical and nutritional well-being.
As I trained vigorously and fought mixed martial arts, I pursued my Bachelor of Commerce degree along the way, fueling my passion for business strategy and marketing. Growing up from a family of fighters and business owners, I felt like in order to thrive I needed to make every day count.
So, I know how hard it can be to focus on the demands of growing your business while keeping everything else in life in check.
It took a certain level of discipline and patience when - simultaneously - I coached martial arts, consulted for some of the largest companies in Canada (Postmedia, TELUS and Go Auto) as a Marketing and Sales Manager, and managed to compete in a full-contact sport all while keeping my personal life afloat!
Trust me when I say this, I know what it is like to be in your shoes. There were times when I had too much on my plate - bit off more then I could chew - and my personal health definitely suffered. At that time, it wasn't clear to me what mattered anymore.
After seeking mentorship, coaching, and guidance from people whom now are in my corner, I assure you the time and money I spent doing so changed my life and made me a better man because of it.
NOW
I put my 120% focus on my clients online and continue to fuel my personal mission, vision, purpose and goals every day I can. It's easy to make them for our business and set the expectation for how we are going to achieve it; however, now... it's time you do the same for yourself and your health!
Feel free to contact me personally for a free consultation so we can figure out an effective game plan on how we can holistically create the best possible version of yourself.
