I hired Kenny to do some private lessons. Currently a white belt, I will probably be a blackbelt one day with his help! He has amazing patience, he is very technical, and he clearly loves his craft. If you want to hire someone to do private lessons, with anything you want to learn, that person needs to love it and actually teach you - not hold anything back for themselves. Eventually, I know we will be rolling together against each other, and I know he won't be holding back. Ultimately, I know he's teaching me everything I need to know and I really recommend him. Definitely book a private lesson with Kenny, I know you will not regret it!
I've had the pleasure of training with Kenny over the past couple of years. My aim is to develop boxing skills and relieve stress while working on strength & conditioning. The training sessions deliver on all elements. Kenny brings such passion to his work and his high energy is contagious. As a rookie to boxing, I really appreciate his patience and attention to detail. Each session is a blast! I learn a lot, laugh a lot and sweat a lot. He did a great job of motivating and pushing me throughout. I highly recommend Kenny to anyone, of all skill levels, looking for a fun and challenging way to get results. I look forward to getting some more training sessions in soon!
Kenny Bhullar coached and cornered me for my first muay Thai fight. Thanks to lots of hard work for both of us I exceeded my expectations and won by a first-round knockout! With Kenny's help, I learned a lot lost some weight, and had a fun time doing it.
When I first began working with Kenny I was 215 pounds, had poor cardio, and a serious issue with the way I viewed food. Over the next 2 months of working with him, I’ve not only developed a healthy way of how to view food, but I also lost 35 pounds! Given my new health I’ve been able to dedicate my time to various combat sports, along with running marathons. I can honestly say without Kenny my quality of life wouldn’t be anywhere near as good and I’m truly grateful to not only have him as a trainer, but also a friend. Whether your goal is to become a better athlete, or to become a healthier you, there is no one I’d recommend more than Kenny Bhullar!
I was Honestly hesitant taking private lessons, to begin with, but after meeting you and seeing how upbeat and caring you were it really made a huge difference in me. I wanted to train more and push myself harder every lesson. You have one of the most positive attitudes I ever came across from a coach and a person. I can still to this day appreciate the pointers and tips you gave me to help me improve overall. You have a great outside the box approach in one on one lessons I never experienced before and genuinely cared enough to get the best out of me. I look forward to more of your future training and friendly attitude but don’t think that means you don’t push ppl hard you truly took things to a level for every person I saw you work with every time, even pushing hardcore athletes to fatigue who have been conditioned for 10+ years in MMA. I was Astounded and what you can do for ppl to help them see the best in themselves. Thank you every so much, Kenny for all you did.
I first started training one on one with Kenny in August 2017. Our focus was Kickboxing but eventually evolved into more goals such as cardio, resistance, and strength training. Kenny is very easy going with an infectious positive attitude that only makes one want to achieve more than they think possible. With Kenny’s guidance and encouragement, I was successful at losing and maintaining a 100-pound weight loss. Being a single mom of 2 little boys and a small business owner Kenny has always been flexible to my busy lifestyle as well has been very reliable to our schedule. I’m very grateful for the coaching I have received from Kenny
I met Kenny as a referral from the world-renowned fighter Kultar “Black Mamba” Gill. I’d taken a decade away from the world of mixed martial arts and decided I wanted to fight again. Kenny quickly assessed my strengths and weaknesses and proceeded to help change some of my bad habits with boxing and kickboxing and then bridging the transition into grappling. I found his energy contagious and the fast pace was excellent for fight conditioning. Kenny gave me confidence in my kicks that I didn’t have previously and helped close some gaps in my overall game. But more than that Kenny believed in me. He saw past the 42-year-old woman and didn’t once suggest I was maybe too old to venture back into professional cage fighting. As an athlete, this is a huge part of competing and training to compete. Yet Kenny didn’t sugar coat anything either. He was honest and forthright in his approach. Otherwise, I’d be continuing to train with Kenny. He’s a fantastic coach with a positive upbeat attitude and a serious love for MMA.
